Hello.

My name is

I'm a strategic design professional with 5+ years of experience at the intersection of UX, service design, public health, and systems management.

Currently, I am a Service Design Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase based in Plano, TX.  I lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor junior designers, and drive strategic conversations with stakeholders.

Background

My background in public health and systems management shaped how I approached UX and service design through systems thinking, qualitative research, and holistic mindset. In my work, I aim to bring clarity to complexity, improve experiences and services through holistic thinking, and align cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.

In recent roles, I’ve stepped into informal leadership by guiding discovery initiatives, mentoring junior designers, and shaping data-informed design strategies across complex ecosystems. I'm excited to continue that path whether by managing a team directly or contributing as a senior IC who leads by influence. I care deeply about fostering collaboration, creating inclusive design cultures, and delivering thoughtful, long-lasting solutions.

On my days off, I'm always on a lookout for good foods and drinks. I enjoy pottery, care for my collection of house plants, listen to music, and watch YouTube videos on movie, interior design, cooking deep dives. I am also a dog mom of two corgis named Poof and Puffles!

Lifelong learning has always been important to me. I am always looking for new opportunities to grow individually and professionally, develop new skills, and connect with individuals who are looking to do the same.
