Hello.

My name is

I am a designer who aims to add clarity, innovate, and improve systems and processes through holistic approaches to design products and services that will increase business' value and meet users' needs.

Currently, I am a Service Design Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase based in Plano, TX.

Background

Prior to transitioning into UX design in 2022, my background focused on qualitative public health research and health policy analysis. I gained skills sets in research design, key informant interviews, qualitative data and policy analysis, and project management.

Now as a designer, I apply systems-thinking and qualitative research to understand and solve complex problems within an organization to improve the end-to-end customer experience. I'm known for creating visually engaging artifacts to convey complex processes that drive strategic conversations with leadership and stakeholders. I love learning new methodologies and approaches to better understand and curate exceptional customer experiences that will increase revenue while meeting user needs.

On my days off, I enjoy cooking and enjoying good foods. I also enjoy painting, watering my collection of house plants, jamming to music, attempting to strength training, or watching random YouTube videos or movies. I am also a dog mom of two corgis named Poof and Puffles!

Throughout my life, I always valued education and learning even if it is not at a traditional school setting. I am always looking for new opportunities to grow individually and professionally, develop new skills, and connect with individuals who are looking to do the same.
